Michael Dodd, SEA 02522, (703) 602-8000 Ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions for a period of up to three years under a new Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-99-G-5220 with Northrop Grumman Norden Systems (NGNS) of 65 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747. Orders will be issued for engineering services and support for the AN/SYS-2(V) Integrated Automatic Detection and Tracking (IADT) System. This includes engineering services and support for installation, checkout, testing, or repair of equipment, alterations, field change kits, engineering changes, and peripheral equipment associated with the AN/SYS-2(V) IADT System. NGNS is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the sole producer of the AN/SYS-2(V) IADT System. Therefore, no other firm possesses the technical expertise required to perform the work that will be required by the Government. This BOA will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
