Solicitation N00024-99-R-5219 will be issued to Boeing North American, Inc. (BNA), Electronic Systems & Missile Defense, 3370 Miraloma Avenue, P.O. Box 3105, Anaheim, CA 92803-3105. BNA is the original system designer and developer of the AN/USQ-82(V) FODMS. BNA is the only company that possesses the requisite knowledge and experience to perform the required FODMS Design Agent and Technical Engineering Services. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
