The winning offeror will furnish all required labor, tools, material, equipment, and transportation necessary for the preformance of this contract. The services will be accomplished in accordance with a training schedule set forth by MCRD. The estimate for the base period is 20,000 recruits and 600 drill intructors. MCRD contemplates one base year for the period of preformance 1 December 1999 through 30 November 2000, with four options years.
