We are issuing a Request for Quotations to rent one bus to shuttle visitors from the Little Creek parking lot to the Coast Guard Beach, at the Cape Cod National Seashore in Eastham, MA. The minimum passenger requirement of the bus is 40. The bus is not required to be handicapped accessible. Must meet all local, state and OSHA safety codes. Passengers using the service will bring coolers, surfboards and other beach-going equipment on board the bus. The National Park Service will provide licensed drivers. The bus will be used seven days a week, and make approximately 15-20 trips daily of 2 miles per trip. The season estimate is 3000 miles. Period of rental: June 21, 1999 to September 7, 1999.
