The successful contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, labor, equipment and service to construct a USPS owned facility of approximately 23,300 square feet on 5.25 acre USPS owned site located at 10102 South Redwood Road, Riverton, UT 84095-9998. The contractor shall use only the technical plans and specifications for Solicitation 072976-99-A-0132. Work includes but is not limited to selective demolition of existing paving, fencing and site utilities; excavation of soil as required for new construction and cut and fill as required to allow for drainage and installation of site utilities as shown on the drawings; construction of new building addition and remodeling activities, complete with structure, exterior walls, partitions, finishes, roofing, windows, automotive repair equipment, millwork, etc., and electrical and mechanical work, as shown on drawings and in accordance with the Specifications. Contractor will provide and install new fencing and gates as shown on the drawings and in accordance with the Specifications. Contractor will provide and spread 4 inches of topsoil of all now landscaped areas and will provide and install all fixed or post mounted signage as shown on the drawings; and install landscaping and irrigation systems as shown on the plans, and in accordance with the Specifications and install new finishes as per plans. The General contractor is required to provide and maintain safety barricades, fencing, and markings to protect customers and employees from injury during the course of demolition and construction. The estimated cost range is $2.4 million to $2.6 million. The performance period is 180 calendar days from date of issuance of Notice-to-Proceed.
