Wildlife Service requires construction services as follows: Contractor
to provide all labor, materials, equipment and services to remove 1 ea
3000 gallon regulated underground tank system located at Yukon Delta
national Wildlife Refuge compound in Bethel, Alaska. Site is accessible
only by air. Amount of soil will be approximately 50 cubic yards. Soil
is believed to be completely clean but because of tank status
accomplish excavation, stockpiling, securing, sampling, tank removal
and disposal according to latest ADEC regulations 18AAC 62, 75, and 78.
Prior to tank removal, a 10' x 10' wooden cover structure and any loose
wood or trash in and around the structure must be removed to allow
