Contractor will modify and expand the existing fire protection systems in Building 77. This work will modify/extend the existing partial fire sprinkler zones on the first and second floors as well as provides new fire sprinkler zones in the basement and penthouse. The existing fire alarm system, including the Spectronics 640 panel, will be modified or expanded as required to support all new and existing fire sprinkler and fire alarm devices. Work includes fire sprinkler piping, sprinkler valves, sprinkler heads, fire alarm devices and associated electrical, demolition of some existing sprinkler piping and heads, and minor general construction as required for the modification/installation of fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
