The work includes furnishing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and supervision required for miscellaneous repairs, construction, alterations, equipment installation, and incidental related work. Contract duration is one year with two possible option periods, each lasting a maximum of one year or until the maximum dollar amount for each period of the contract is reached. Work is issued on delivery orders; the minimum guarantee is $5,000 per period. The maximum estimated amount of work is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 per period. Contractor must be able to accept a Government Credit Card for any work under $2,500 in lieu of issuing a delivery order. Work will be subject to the Davis Bacon Act labor wages.
