Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to change specification number 3. from " All components shall be in one package with a mass of less than or equal to 1.8 KG. " to " All components shall be in one package with a mass of less than or equal to 4.5 KG. " The due date for receipt of offers is extended to 4:30 local time, April 20,1999.
