For this action, the Government will use commercial and simplified acquisition procedures per FAR Parts 12 and 13 respectively. The Government will solicit New England Toner Service on 19 April 1999 and ask for a response by 26 April 1999. This synopsis is to fulfill the requirements of FAR Part 5.
