The 12th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract to Commercial Video Systems Inc, 8910 Research Blvd Suite C4, Austin TX 78758-5943 upgrades to its currently installed video equipment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.105(b) of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F41691-99-Q0259. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11.
