Besides low price for CLINs 0001-0008, other criteria that will be considered include: 1. company location as it relates to response time to correct possible system downtime (acceptable response time ranges from 1/2 hour to 4 hours), 2. service fee cost and travel costs (CLIN 0009), 3. familiarity with the present sytem (Active Voice Repartee Voice Mail System Upgrade). Quotes must address familiarity of this system, 4. past performance on installing and maintaining this equipment, 5. trade-in considerations and 6. warranty.
