This synopsis/solicitation is amended for the purpose of CLARIFYING part of the drawing package associated with this acquisition AND EXTENDING the due date for the quotations. The original synopsis/solicitation was posted in CBDNet on 23 March 1999 and in the printed issue on 25 March 1999. Amendment #0001 was posted in CBDNet on 31 March 1999 and in the printed issue on 5 April 1999. Amendment #0002 was posted in CBDNet on 8 April 1999 and in the printed issue on 12 April 1999. This amendment #0003 is issued to CLARIFY the drawing package as follows: On drawing 5-4-7962 Vestibule Fly Assembly, Temper, the three reinforcements identified as Item 11 are each 6" wide. These reinforcements are sewn flat to the inside surface of the Fly without any turn under along their sides. This amendment #0003 is also issued to EXTEND the quotation due date FROM Thursday, 15 April 1999 TO Tuesday, 20 April 1999. Except as stated herein, and in amendments #0001 and #0002, all data on this combined synopsis/solicitation remains unchanged.
