This action will be a sole-source modification issued to the existing technical and analytical services for the Kinetic Energy Anti-Satellite program office Contract DASG60-97-C-0052, Davidson Enterprises LLC, Huntsville, Alabama. The basic Davidson Enterprises' contract is a firm-fixed-price, level of effort type, and a firm-fixed-price, level of effort modification will be negotiated for this action. The proposed follow-on acquisition is to increase the level of effort labor hours for technical and analytical services due to an increase in support requiring assistance to the program office in development of the next step beyond the technology demonstration program phase.
