Proposals must be received not later than 3:00 p.m. local time, May 10, 1999, (closing date) after which time and date they will not be accepted. Proposals will be evaluated acccording to criteria defined in the RFP, and all proposers will be notified by mail of any contract awarded after such evaluation within thirty (30) days of the closing date.
