Center, anticipates a sole source award to Mitretek using simplified
acquistion procedures for a 60-day study determining the impact on the
Veteran Health Administration's (VHA) Information Technology
architecture of the implementation of computer-based training
methods/technologies to meet the training needs of VHA. This effort
requires familiarity with the VA network and systems and extensive
experience with this technology. All responses from responsible sources
will be considered. Responses must include sufficient documentation to
allow this office to evaluate the possibility of your firm to submit
a valid proposal. The determination to open competition based on
responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
All responses must be submitted in writing within 5 calendar days of
publication of this notice. Written responses can also be faxed to
