Code compatibility with an extensive inventory of FEC programs running in a DEC (VMS) environment is required. Migration of current coding and data will be required. Any vendor interested in participating in the bid process will be required to perform a "Live Test Demonstration" (LTD) which will involve capability, throughput and other performance measurements and assessments -- including Y2K compliance.
