D -- EXTENSION TO THE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT CONTRACT POC Kimberly Tatum, (410) 786-1009 HCFA intends to issue a modificaton to contract number 500-95-0027 to increase the total contract ceiling by $6,350,000 for the optional quantities under the contract. This procurement will be conducted under other than full and open competition, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The increase in the ceiling will accommodate Year 2000 support and any residual issues resulting from millennium system compliance.
