The US Postal Service intends to solicit offers for a Display System capable of displaying real time data about operation of its IS Support Help Desk. Such system must provide management and individual staff members' real time caller and problem information vital for the effective management of multiple support groups and thousands of daily calls for support. The information that needs to be displayed will come from the following sources: Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) System, Enterprise Problem Tracking and Reporting System (EPTRS), Database Remote Management System, Network Remote Alarm Collection System and other. The display system must be able to display information from the above- mentioned sources to standard large LED display boards, wall mount monitors, and agents' desktops in form of a window.
