(DSMCi) 1000 hours of continuing interim support (along with an option for all FY 00) to transition and evaluate the operation of NIMA's Digital Media Management System to the agency. DSMCi's system integration and administration experience, its unique data implementation of classified material, requisite clearance and specialized knowledge of the system configuration is such that award to any other source would result in duplication of costs that are not expected to be recovered through competition and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements.
