Contractor shall perform tasks within the time frames established to meet transient aircraft turn times as described in the AFI 21-101. Shall provide in flight Emergencies with appropriate equipment for disputation of aircraft from runway. To include removal and or recovery of any aircraft, that crashes, stops, shuts down or is disabled on the runway. This contract shall be awarded with one basic year with 5 one year options. This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business set aside, the size standard for which is $5.0 million. The approximate issue/response date will be 03 MAY 1999.
