Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and supervision necessary to rebuild the heating, cooling and replace existing vacuum system with a dual stage, dual tank vacuum system on a 15 x 30 Autoclave. This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business set aside, the size standard for which is $5.0 million. The approximate issue/response date will be 05 May 1999.
