Repair of Indicator, Fuel Quantity 40 EA applicable A-10 aircraft NSN 6680-01-406-7779 P/N 160C950906-51 Contractor shall furnish all plant facilities, labor, equipment, parts, and expertise required to perform necessary repair, calibration, and fuctional tests required to restore furnished reparable to a serviceable condition so as to perform its intended purpose. All repairs shall be IAW manufacturers specifications. Government shall input the items within 30 days after contractors receipt of the order. Government requests a Firm Fixed Price repair. FFP repair/delivery will be within 30 days after receipt of asset or order whichever is later. If not FFP the contractor's repair proposal (TD&Q) will be submitted within 30 days to the ACO after receipt of asset or order whichever is later. Repair/delivery shall be completed 30 days after receipt of a funded modification. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
