PBGC seeks proposals from firms that manage at least $10 billion in total passive equity assets and at least $2 billion in a passive small capitalization mandate benchmarked to the Wilshire 4500 Index (or reasonable equivalent). The period of performance for the base contract will be from date of award through September 30, 2000, with seven one-year option periods.
