R -- CONDUCT AN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH FOOD PROTECTION WORKSHOP SOL HRSA-99-BHPR-A70755 DUE 042999 POC Aileen Broider-301-443-5231 The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the National Environmental Health Science and Protection Accreditation Council, 208 Haskins Road, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to conduct an Environmental Health Food Protection workshop to improve environmental health food protection training practica experiences and sites, and to assist in making environmental health food protection education more relevant to practice. The contractor shall: identify members for the workshop planning committee; develop the workshop agenda and background materials; conduct the workshop; submit progress reports; and prepare a final report, executive summary and journal article. The National Environmental Health Science and Protection Accreditation Council is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
