New work includes masonry walls with brick veneer and glass block, metal stud and EFIS construction. Built up room with concrete floor slabs and drilled piers. Site improvements include pavements, demolition, EMCS/COMM sewer, water and electrical. Interior work includes painted gypsum wallboard and vinyl wallcoverings, ceramic tile, carpet, wood aerobic type spring support flooring. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about May 4, 1999, and will be provided on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) free of charge. The number of CD-ROMs will be limited to one (1) per firm. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
