not limited to, site preparation: clearing, grubbing, snagging, and
stripping; demolition and removals; common and structure excavation;
utility and roads, interior drainage: storm sewers, manholes,
catchbasins, and water control structures; modification to existing
storm sewers; earth backfill; slope erosion protection: riprap and
bedding; steel sheet piling; walls: construction of new cast-in-place
reinforced concrete; aggregate and bituminous paving; concrete curbs
and gutters; and turf landscaping. This procurement is 100% set-aside
