Contractor shall furnish and install a 25 ton up flow air handler 208/230.V 3 PH. with a 4 row chilled water coil, 1 row 325MBH steam coil, all wiring disonnects, breaker ductwork, rills and controls necessary to maintain climate control in the ballroom.
