The work shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials to extend the roof including structure, roof framing, parapets, parapet siding, decking and roof covering for the crane area of building 1422 at McChord AFB, WA. The contractor is responsible for accomplishing all items of in accordance with the applicable drawings, specifications and provisions of the contract. Any sundry labor, materials, equipment and/or appurtenances not specifically detailed or specified, but required to complete the project, shall be provided as an integral part of scope of work hereinafter specified. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project is subject to a statutory limitation of $500,000. The Government shall reject an offer if its prices exceed applicable statutory limitations, unless laws or agency procedures provide pertinent exemptions. This solicitation will be issued under full and open competition procedures on or about April 28, 1999. The proposal due date is on or about May 31, 1999, 4:00 p.m. local time.
