This project includes regrade existing gravel road areas, and furnish and place new gravel at areas where new pavement is to be placed; apply prime coat; furnish and place bituminous concrete pavement; testing services; application of painted pavement markings; installation of signs; regrade existing roadway shoulders, including fertilization, seeding and mulching. The estimated magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business.
