Yoke Assembly P/N 113N1379-5, in accordance with Service Bulletin No. 757-57-0015, Main Landing Gear Retract Actuator Yoke Assembly Replacement 2. Top Kit, P/N 654N0096-2, in accordance with Service Bulletin No. 757-57-0016, Main Landing Gear AFT Trunnion Support Fitting Replacement 3. Top Kit, P.N 012N8931-4, in accordance with Service Bulletin No. 757-57A0054, Main Landing Gear FWD Trunnion Support Fitting Replacement This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/LaRC intends to purchase the items from Boeing Commercial Airplane Group, Director of Spares, under the authority of Citation 10 U.S.C. 2304)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The aircraft parts being acquired are replacement parts that must be compatible with other Boeing components The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested firms have 15 days from the publication of this synopsis to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after the 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and will not be considered. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
