This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Specifications are as follows: (1) Qty. 1 each -- 12-slot SCXI chassis; National Instruments Model SCXI-1001 (P/N 776571-01) or equivalent with the following salient features: 7 Shall be operable on 120VAC power; provide +5, +20, and -20 VDC to individual modules; provide minimum capacity for 12 independent SCXI-type cards; include all operating manuals. (2) Qty. 1 each -- Rack Mount kit for item #1. National Instruments Model SCXI-1370 (P/N 776577-70) or equivalent.
