NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from DSPACE, INC. DSPACE controllers are the only PC based controllers which directly interface with existing software in the current operating system. These items are only available from the manufacturer DSPACE, INC. The Authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source.
