The Sumter National Forest plans to contract for Furnishing and Delivering fertilizer to sites on National Forest land in Abbeville, Union, Newberry and Chester Counties, South Carolina. Trucks will be required to standby on landing sites for an undetermined time, until their entire load can be delivered into either helicopter spreader buckets or into a tender. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor, and supplies.
