K -- DISASSEMBLE, INSPECT, REPAIR, OVERHAUL, AND/OR MODIFY TOWING MACHINES, WINCHES, AND ASSOCIATED CONTROLS SOL N00024-99-R-4110 POC Contact, Contracting Officer, Todd Rollins, (703) 602-0204 17. The Naval Sea systems Command (NAVSEA) plans to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-99-G-4110 with Almon Johnson, Ltd., 615 Hope Road, Victoria Plaza, Building 1, Eatontown, NJ 07724-1273. Orders will be issued for the disassembly, inspection, repair, overhaul and/or modification of Government-Furnished Automatic Towing Machines, Minesweeping Winches, Stern Anchor Winches, Traction Winches, and associated controls. These machines include Series 320, 322, and 400. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). The BOA and orders thereunder will be placed on a sole source basis with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Almon Johnson, Ltd. Almon Johnson is the only firm possessing the proprietary data rights and expertise necessary to accomplish the work in a timely and cost effective manner.
