The objective of this project is to provide limited ambient air monitoring monthly for the Valley Forge National Historical Park asbestos waste site, CERCLIS No. PA91491733080 to document possible releases and potential offsite exposure of asbestos. The contractor shall provide all services, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to perform the following: project management, earned value, literature review, preliminary site inspection, draft/final project plan, asbestos ambient air monitoring plan, review conference, monthly site ambient air monitoring, field documentation, monthly progress reports and meetings. Ambient air monitoring shall be performed monthly for 12 months. Estimated cost of project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
