The seminar will be held at the Temple SBDC, 1510 Cecil B. Moore Avenue, Rooms 201B and 201D, Philadelphia, PA 19121 from 8:30 am -- 12:00 pm on Wednesday, April 21, 1999. Admission to the seminar is $25/person and includes continental breakfast and training materials. The federal government spends nearly $200 billion a year on the procurement of goods and services. Knowing how to prepare successful responses to government proposals is critical to any organization.
