S -- TESTING, SAMPLING, COLLECTING AND DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS WASTE SOL N62467-99-B-8847 DUE 052799 POC George Bowman (817)782-6257 The Naval Air Station JRB Fort Worth has a requirement for the collection, sampling, testing and disposal of hazardous waste at NAS Ft Worth, Naval Weapons Industrial reserve Plant at Dallas (Northrop Grumman) and Naval Weapons Industrial reserve Plant at McGregor by means of an IDQ contract. The contractor to provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment incidental engineering and transportation necessary to provide all before mentioned services. The contractor is required to meet all applicable federal, state and local statutes and regulations for the collection and transportation of hazardous wastes and the preparation of all required environmental documentation manifests operating logs records and reports. The contractor is to possess EPA or state identification numbers and all permits necessary for off-site transportation and disposal. All potential bidders must have current applicable licenses and permits prior to award. The period of performance is for a base year and four one year options. The government contemplates an indefinite quantity type contract. A complete statement of work is available as part of the solicitation.
