This requirement is for technical assistance in implementing productivity enchancements for the Mississippi Army National Guard (MSARNG) and Aviation Classification Repair Activity Depot (AVCRAD) Material Returns Program (MRP). The successful contractor must furnish the personnel and equipment necessary to perform technical and logistical services in support of the Material Returns Program productivity enchancement program and cost reduction efforts. Instruct the MSARNG and AVCRAD Program and Item Managers in the Material Returns processes and management. Provide and install two copies of software necessary to manage material returns in a manner that will meet the cost avoidance objectives of the MSARNG and AVCRAD. Provide one year of technical and logistical service to ensure that the MSARNG and AVCRAD productivity enhancement, cost reduction and MRP credit recovery and problem resolution goals are met. This requirement is being procured under full and open competition; the appropriate SIC code is 7379 (size standard of $18 million). This is 100% set aside small business.
