Work includes clearing and grubbing; construction and removal of four stream diversions; removal of four existing culverts; installation of three structural-plate arches with concrete foundations and one pipe arch with concrete slurry backfill; placement of riprap and surfacting. Removed pipes may be stored on-site. Plate arches will be government-supply. The project area is located 44 km northeast of Prineville, Oregon.
