This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) -- Price Performance Trade-Off (PPT) with a 180 day performance period. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This is an unrestricted solicitation under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The solicitation will be entirely electronic and will released on the WEB on or about 1 May 99 with a closing date 30 calendar days after RFP issuance. Paper copies will not be available.
