The range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This contract will be acquired utilizing SOURCE SELECTION procedures with award based on "BEST VALUE" concept. Anticipated release date of the request for proposal is on or about April 30, 1999, with an anticipated receipt of proposal date of June 3, 1999.
