Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the Site Prep for IEC Workstations, Building 36, Section 3A. Work is to include the installation of conduit, wiring, receptacles, circuit breakers, power poles, electrical panel, electrical disconnect switch, an uninterrupted power supply, and other associated items. The work shall be performed by a general contractor who has several years experience in general construction related to computer equipment areas. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 30 calendar days. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63118-3399. The project is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The SIC is 1542, size standard $17.0M.
