PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Replacement of the existing boilers at the Cape Lisburne Composite Facility. Ancillary tasks include the replacement of the crawl space heating system, asbestos removal, domestic hot water system modifications, fuel oil piping modifications, and associated electrical support. Magnitude is between $500,000.00 -- $1,000,000.00. Performance period is 365 calendar days with 120 consecutive calendar days on site. Solicitation will be available on or about 27 APR 99 with a Closing Date of 27 MAY 99. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Specifications and drawings will be available on CD ROM only. Format for the specifications is Word 6.0. The drawings are Autocad 12. There may be a cost for the package which will be determined before issuance. There is a limited supply and will be given out on a first come first serve basis until supply is exhausted. Package will be sent upon written request. Request shall include mailing address, phone and fax number, and size of business.
