Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: (1) Remove existing built-up roof from existing wood deck, (2) Remove and replace sections of existing water-damaged wood decking, and (3) Furnish and install standing seam metal roof, metal fascia, gutters, downspouts, ridge ventilators and associated flashing. All work will be performed on Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The magnitude of this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitations will be available on or near 11 May 99.
