combined synopsis/solicitation for a "Brand Name" commercial item
prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented
with additional information included in this notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and
a written solicitation will not be issued. All interested offerors will
need to send in a request for a copy of the provision at FAR 52.212.3
Representation and Certification, explained in the body of the
synopsis/solicitation. The solicitation number DAHA32-99-Q0100; as
shown in this announcement is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The
solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those
in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 97-11). This
synopsis/solicitation is a small business set-aside associated with
Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 5075 (Warm Air Heating
and Air Conditioning Equipment and Supplies) and Small Business Size
Standard (500 employees). There will be one (1) line item only and a
quantity seven (7) each. The ND Air National Guard is seeking
responsible sources from which to purchase the following "Brand Name"
commercial item: Trane Summit Building Control Units, manufactured by
Trane Co., model number: BMTS000AAB000A70000100, with internal modem.
Power requirements: Nominal rating: 120/240 VAC; 50 or 60 HZ; 1 Ph,
Voltage utilization range: 120 VAC, Nominal: 98 to 132 VAC, 240 VAC,
Nominal: 196 to 264 VAC, Maximum current: 6.0 Amp at 120 VAC, Dedicated
circuit breaker. Operating environment: Temperature: 30 degree F to 120
degree F (0 degree C to 49 degree C), Relative humidity: 10% to 90%,
non-condensing. Storage Environment: Temperature: -50 degree F to 150
degree F (-46 degree C to 66 degree C), relative humidity: 10% to 90%
non-condensing. This is weather expected in Fargo, ND. Enclosure:
NEMA-1. Dimensions: 19" H x 16" W x 6" D (482mm x 406mm x 152mm).
Weight: 20 lbs. (9.1-kg) shipping/ 15 lbs. (6.8 kg) net (hanging).

days by the super capacitor, and all other programs are to be backed up
by non-volatile memory. Compatibility: Must be compatible with Trane PC
Summit Workstation Software. Y2K: Must be Year 2000 compliant. Item(s)

Ave. No., Fargo, ND 58102-1051 on a F.O.B. Destination basis.
Successful offeror shall deliver all items on or before 01 JUN 99. The
