This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a "Brand Name" commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number DAHA32-99-Q0100; as shown in this announcement is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 97-11). This synopsis/solicitation is a small business set-aside associated with Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 5075 (Warm Air Heating and Air Conditioning Equipment and Supplies) and Small Business Size Standard (500 employees). There will be one (1) line item only and a quantity seven (7) each.
