This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. The anticipated release date of RFQ PR-9006-4707 is on or about April 23, 1999 with an anticipated quote due date of on or about April 30, 1999. All qualified responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed -- See Internet Note "B".
