Mulligan (860) 441-2885 The U.S. Coast Guard Academy plans to procure Women's Dress Slacks in accordance with Fabrication Requirement Information (FRI) CG-CDTO-U-007. The anticipated contract will be a five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract. Individual delivery orders will be issued over the five year period. The minimum guarantee of the contract will be $10,000 worth of orders. The maximum amount of the contract will be 5,395 slacks over a five year period. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The SIC Code is 2311 and the size standard is 500 employees. The contractor shall provide all the labor and equipment necessary to provide the finished items. Material and patterns will be provided by the U.S. Coast Guard. Submittal of two Women's Dress Slacks will be required as Product Development Models (PDMs). The PDMs will be submitted with your proposal for evaluation to determine technical capability to meet the Government's requiremens. Requests for solicitation packages must be in writing and accompanied by a $25.00 non-refundable check payable to the U.S. Coast Guard. No telephone or fax requests can be honored. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror who has been determined to be technically capable of meeting the Government requirements. Price will be the determining factor for award.
