The work includes all management, labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, travel and transportation necessary to provide natural resources mapping and data management at various locations in Arizona, California, Nevada, and New Mexico. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB), which provides for all services in the specification by means of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7) availability of the IFB will be limited to the electronic medium; the IFB will be available for download free of charge via the Internet World Wide Web at http://www.efdswest.navfac.navy.mil/ -- hard copies (paper sets) or CD-ROM of the IFB will not be provided by the Government.
