The U.S.Department of Housing and Urban Development is soliciting proposals for real estate property sales closing services on single family homes located in the New York State counties of Monroe, Livingston, Steuben, Wayne, Ontario, Yates, Seneca, Schuyler and Chemung. The offeror must demonstrate experience in sales closings of such properties. This will be a fixed-price indefinite quantity contract with a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 700 for the base contract period of one year with a two(2) year options to extend the contract. The contractor must establish an office suitable for closings within 15 days after award in the contract area. The contractor must be a member of the New York State Bar. See note#1. Solicitation packages will be available on April 21, 1999 at HUD's New York office located at 26 Federal Plaza, Room 35-120, NY. Only faxed or written requests will be honored.
